As part of the effort to improve the editorial workflow and making the web site scalable, we migrated the site from Coldfusion to Drupal. The home page was one of the most contentious page to move over because we had to work with requirements from many stakeholders.
In the end, in collaboration with the Product Owner, I was able to get the stakeholders to agree on getting their requirement tested in a series of usability study that we conducted at our London office.
